In Pasadena, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across California, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Day-old bread and end-of-day discounts are common if you ask.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 6 am–9 pm. Pasadena is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Pasadena follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Stopped here while in Pasadena for a conference. Guy at the counter was very nice, and my donuts were so good. Were they exceptional? No. Were they better than they needed to be for being famous? Absolutely. Coffee was good too.

Randy's Donuts made a lot of people happy today for National Donut Day especially with the Texas Donut Variety. I only knew it as a "Giant Donut". I wanted something special that couldnt be found anywhere else which is also very picture-worthy. Luckily other reviews and pictures of donuts from this shop led me to going in person to check out the goods and placing a huge order. I was firstly looking at the online menu, and I couldnt find that giant donut, so i called to ask for help and clarify which one it was so i can get them. The person who answered the phone at the time was super helpful and even saved me a texas donut when i mentioned i was coming by in the next few minutes. When i arrived, i knew it was going to be special for the people im sharing this with. When ordering online, the one i wanted was actually marked as "Out of Stock" (Texas Chocolate), so i made a note that i wanted a different donut using another donut that was still available to order (Texas Glzed). When I received my 14 boxes, it was the correct one that I wanted substituted. They were nicely organized and it presented well. Theyre not stingy with the toppings either. You really get a good value out of

The donuts here are the best I ever had. Even when I go to really famous donut shops in other counties, I still think Randy’s is better. The donuts are fresh and tasty, and are also pretty big. 100% recommended you get donuts here and it won’t disappoint.

First time to Randy’s Donuts and they didn’t disappoint! Excellent selection of donuts, even my favorite cronut! The Bear Claw had a yummy apple filling, apple fritter was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfectly seasoned with cinnamon and chunks of apple. Blueberry was like a blueberry muffin. All were excellent and fresh. The coffee was good, nothing special but a good solid cup of coffee. The croissant breakfast sandwich was a little surprising with sun dried tomatoes. Friendly service, we had a nice conversation with our server. There was no line so we were served immediately. There is plenty of free parking in the back. It is very small inside, and basically only seating available out front.

Same Great Donuts You Know and Love, Different Location. Don’t worry, these are the same donuts from the original Randys that we all know and love. New location is cute, definitely more modern look with seating outside. Definitely a somewhat gentrified version but, it saves me a 30 minute commute so I can’t be too upset. Donuts are amazing, coffee is classic. Would definitely recommend.
